Cooling Center Activation In City Of Pinole

The Pinole Senior Center, located at 2500 Charles Ave., has been activated as a cooling center due to the current and projected high temperatures. Please note this is a soft activation. The center will be open to the public from noon – 5 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 15 and Friday, Oct. 16.

Please note that people wishing to use the cooling center will be required to perform a health screening and temperature check prior to entering the facility, face masks are required for all users, and users must follow all cooling center guidelines.

Spaces at the center are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please call the Senior Center at 510-724-9800 for additional information.
