The NWS is currently forecasting temperatures for this coming Sunday and Monday that are cooler than two consecutive 95 degree days. As such, the City is not currently planning to open the Senior Center as a cooling center. City staff will continue to monitor the NWS forecast. If the forecast changes such that the City moves to open the Senior Center as a cooling center, that information will be communicated to the community through the City website home page, City of Pinole - City Hall Facebook page, the Senior Center Facebook page, and through an email to Senior Center members.
