Up Date of Whole Foods in Pinole

At the September 16, 2014 City Council Meeting, the second developer who disclosed to Pinole Citizens what they would like to put on the Gateway Property that the City Must Sell came and spoke and told us that their development would include a 25,000 square foot Sprouts Farmers Market as an anchor store that would do appx $4 Million annually in taxable retail sales. As you know another developer would like to put a 50,000 square foot Whole Foods as an anchor store that would do appx $20 Million annually in taxable retail sales.

This Wednesday, the Oversight Board of the Successor Agency (City of Pinole) would like your input on the Long Range Property Management Plan. The Meeting is Oct 1 at 4pm at the City Council Chambers.
