This class is brought to you by the Hercules Recreation Department and is a 30 minute high intensity ab workout that is designed to strengthen your mid-section and help you on your journey to achieving tight, rock hard abs. If you are new to this exciting class then please arrive 15 minutes early. Bring hand weights, a mat or towel to lay on, and bottled water.
