Author Talk: Janice De Jesus

The Hercules Public Library hosts local author Janice De Jesus on Saturday, November 19th at 3 p.m. as she reads and signs Omstruck: Healing Heartbreak Through Yoga And Meditation. All are welcome.

Consumed with grief after the end of a love relationship, freelance journalist Janice De Jesus turns to her passions – writing, yoga and meditation -- to mend her broken heart. Now, in Omstruck, she helps others suffering from heartache heal themselves with nonjudgmental, practical advice. As Janice shares her recovery process in the moment, she brings us on an intimate journey from heartbreak to healing, reassuring us that we are not alone.  Even those unfamiliar with yoga or meditation will find physical and spiritual support and the encouragement they need to survive the aftermath of a breakup.
