Body Sculpting is the one-stop class designed to build strength and tone every muscle from head to toe using minimal equipment.  The class incorporates a strength training workout combining flexibility and cardio conditioning.  Body Sculpting shapes your body without building muscular bulk or size.  Whether you are looking to increase your weight loss goals or just trying to get fit, this class is sure to boost your metabolism and make you feel great!  The class is designed for all levels, and both men and women are welcome.  Students will use their own body weight combined with a light set of free weights to tone every muscle in the body.   Throughout the class correct form/stance will taught to ensure maximum results.
