This class is brought to you by the City of Hercules Recreation Department and is designed for all fitness levels. In this class you will define your muscles and produce a stronger, more sculpted look! Train in a progressive manner using dumbbells and resistance bands. If you are new to this exciting class, then please arrive 15 minutes early. Bring hand weights, a mat or towel to lay on, and bottled water.
