Come to the Hercules Library to pick up a Reading Record for the Contra Costa County Summer Reading Festival! This year's children's theme is DREAM BIG! @ YOUR LIBRARY.
The first 50 kids to pick up a Reading Record are entered in to win a raffle for a Harry Potter Prize.
- 10:30 am: Drop by for a pajama storytime for the little ones, pajamas are encouraged! Don't forget to pick up a Reading Record for the Baby Reading Program. Ages 0-5
- Hercules City Council Member Gerard Boulanger will drop by at 11:00 am to help hand out reading records to participants.
- 2:00 pm: The Hercules Fire Department stops by to read a story, talk to the kids, and show off the fire truck!
Stop by, pick up a reading record to read for prizes, and create a commemorative tile for the Library's Children's Garden.
