Flippers to Feet 5K Run/Walk/Stride, Keeping Pinole Swimming Afloat

This 5K walk, stride, and run starts at the flagpole at Fernandez Park in Pinole, proceeds west on Tennent Avenue, north onto Railroad Ave and the views of the Bay, into Hercules and back along Pinole Creek to the finish line at Fernandez Park.

Participants are automatically entered into the raffle. Race numbers will be given on the day of the race. Participants who register on the day of the race may receive a shirt subject to available stock. In addition to the Pinole Valley High School Marching Band, the Pinole Valley Jazz Band will be entertaining us!

The race starts at 8:30am with check-in and late registration starting at 7:30am.  The Pinole Valley High School Marching Band will start the race. Stay and listen to the Pinole Valley Jazz Band and enjoy a pancake breakfast to support the Pinole Swim Center.
