Level 1 is located in our play pool and focuses on introducing each student to the water environment. This level helps build each student's confidence to feel comfortable in the water, while they learn to submerge their face while blowing bubbles, and so much more! Level 2 is also located in our play pool and focuses on basic fundamental swimming skills. This level helps build each student's confidence in swimming by learning how to float on their front and back along with a recovery position and so much more! Level 3 is located in the shallow end of the main pool and focuses on each participant's stroke development. This level helps each student build on the skills they learned in level 2 through additional guided practice and skill development. The Hercules Swim Center's Learn-to-Swim Group Swim Lessons are based on American Red Cross standards. Group Swim Lessons for Levels 1-3 are held in 30 minute increments; we are offering the following start times: 5pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm, and 7pm.
