Registration is FREE for adults 60 and over. The event is also FREE for those under 18. Participation fee for ages 18 to 59 is $25.

Invite your friends and family to join you and take a stroll on a flat, tree-lined path that circles a picturesque pond. The path is less than one half mile, easy to walk, and is wheelchair accessible. Bring the grandkids and make it a great day for the whole family. Donations are gladly accepted. The Fall Prevention Program is one of the many programs offered by Meals on Wheels and Senior Outreach Services and works hard to reduce preventable falls among older adults.
Falls are the leading cause of injuries for those over 65 and often lead to a loss of independence. Exercise is vital to fall risk reduction and we hope that this walk will inspire seniors to make it a part of their daily lives.
