This is a class teaching specific skills tested within language arts, including reading comprehension, spelling, vocabulary and grammar. In the math skills section, students are taught math facts, computations and the ability to solve applied problems. Ages 8-14, taught at the Teen Center on Fridays from Nov. 5 to Dec. 10.
