Free Concert in Hercules on Saturday
A band will play Peruvian music at Refugio Valley Park.

A free concert, sponsored by the Contra Costa County Library, is scheduled for Saturday afternoon, bringing music from Peru to local ears.
Peruvian-born singer, composer and bandleader Julio Bravo emigrated in 1989 and has created an ardent following adding his distinctive touch to the local salsa scene. The author of two Peruvian music CDs, Julio brings his unique interpretations and distinctive style to traditional Peruvian music.
His band will give the concert, which begins at 3 p.m., to which is located at Refugio Valley Road and Pheasant Drive in Hercules.
