Free Pet Adoptions In Contra Costa County Through Saturday

PINOLE, CA — Have you been planning to add a pet to your home? Now is the time - pet adoptions are free through Saturday at Contra Costa County Animal Services.

All dogs, cats and rabbits are included. There are currently no guinea pigs or other small animals shown on the county's adoption page.

You can browse through photos of the animals before leaving home. There are currently more than 140 dogs and 100 cats available, so the need is urgent.

• Animal Services, 910 San Pablo Ave., Pinole
• Animal Services, 4800 Imhoff Place, Martinez
• Walnut Creek PetSmart 2891 Ygnacio Valley Rd., Walnut Creek
• Walnut Creek Pet Food Express 1388 S. California Blvd, Walnut Creek
