Hercules Resident Calls Police Before Burglary Happens

The resident received an electronic image remotely on someone next to a sliding glass door.

HERCULES, CA — A Hercules resident called police to report that he had an electronic image of two persons in his backyard. One person was near a sliding glass door with something large in his hand. When officers arrived the sliding glass door had been smashed and the suspects were gone.

It happened last Tuesday at 7:23 p.m. in the 100 block of Dartford Street near Foxboro Park.

The burglars got away with jewelry, a camera and some paperwork, police said.

Officers tried to track the suspects with K-9s but that failed.
