Man Found Shot To Death Near Contra Costa College
The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
SAN PABLO, CA — A man was shot to death Friday night near Contra Costa College in San Pablo.
Officers responded to the 14700 block of San Pablo Avenue after multiple activations of ShotSpotter acoustic gunshot detectors about 10 p.m., police said Saturday on social media.
The victim was pronounced dead at the scene. His identity was withheld pending notification of his family, police said.

Both directions of traffic on San Pablo Avenue, between Lake Street and Rivers Street, were temporarily closed as detectives investigated the scene.
