The 21st Annual Cruisin' in the Sun Classic Car Show reigned over the streets of downtown Pinole Sunday, drawing thousands of classic car fans and curious party crashers.
Live music, local restaurants and concessionaires added to the scene, but the shining, colorful cars from 1975 or earlier stole the show. People strolled lazily on San Pablo Avenue and in Fernandez Park, many of the them taking photos of both exteriors and interiors of restored cars and trucks.
The event is organized by the Northern California Cruisers car club, which will donate proceeds to local organizations and causes.
