Saturday, July 14
2:05 AM – A traffic stop was made in the 1400 block of Fitzgerald Drive. The driver was cited for driving without a license.
2:24 AM – A family disturbance occurred in the 1100 block of Tennent Avenue.
3:39 AM – Two subjects with warrants were arrested at Days Inn and transported to the Martinez Detention Facility.
12:10 PM – A domestic disturbance occurred at Motel 6.
1:13 PM – A non-injury vehicle accident occurred on Fitzgerald Drive near Richmond Parkway.
1:41 PM – Advice was given about a civil matter in the 1200 block of McDonald Drive.
1:53 PM – A subject was reported to have made inappropriate comments to one child and possibly have inappropriately touched another at Bayfront Park. The involved subject was contacted and admonished.
3:54 PM – A theft was reported at Toys R Us.
4:13 PM – Advice was given about a civil matter at OSH.
4:19 PM – A traffic stop was made in the 2100 block of Appian Way. The driver was cited for driving with a suspended license and the vehicle was impounded.
4:35 PM – A domestic disturbance occurred in the 1800 block of Marlesta Court.
6:07 PM – An unwanted subject was reported at Sizzler. They were gone when officers arrived and a report was made regarding the subject and other suspicious activity.
7:00 PM – A panhandler was reported in the 600 block of San Pablo Avenue. He was admonished.
7:48 PM – A group of juveniles were reported to have made threats and brandished knives at Fernandez Park. They were gone when officers arrived.
7:53 PM – A subject was reported to be harassing a customer at Target. He was gone when officers arrived.
8:40 PM – A suspicious occupied vehicle was reported in the 800 block of Betty Avenue. It was checked and no problems were found.
11:45 PM – Assistance was rendered with a civil matter in the 2600 block of Sonoma Way.
Sunday, July 15
5:26 AM – A traffic stop was made near Public Storage on Appian Way. One occupant of the vehicle was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia and was transported to the Martinez Detention Facility.
10:00 AM – A non-injury accident occurred in the 2700 block of Pinole Valley Road.
1:42 PM – A domestic disturbance occurred in the 500 block of Sunnyview Drive.
2:06 PM – Officers responded to a report of subjects loitering and smoking marijuana on Pinole Valley Road near Simas Avenue. One subject was cited for possession of marijuana.
4:28 PM – A civil standby was provided in the 400 block of Blackberry Lane.
5:35 PM – A domestic disturbance occurred in the 700 block of Alvarez Avenue.
5:55 PM – An attempted theft occurred at BevMo. The responsible subject was admonished.

7:48 PM – An assault occurred in the 1400 block of Fitzgerald Drive. The suspect fled before officers arrived and a report was taken to document the incident.
9:52 PM – A suspicious occupied vehicle was reported in the 2400 block of San Pablo Avenue. It was checked and no problems were found.
10:23 PM – A loud party was reported in the 1100 block of Nob Hill Avenue. The responsible subjects were admonished.
10:27 PM – Loud music was reported in the 2300 block of Sarita Court. The responsible subjects were admonished.
Monday, July 16
2:01 AM – Officers checked a suspicious occupied vehicle near Days Inn. One subject was arrested for possession of pepper spray in a container with no label and was transported to the Martinez Detention Facility.
6:26 PM – A reckless driver was reported on Wright Avenue near Pinole Valley Road. The vehicle was gone when officers arrived.
6:33 PM – Trespassers were reported on the soccer field at Pinole Valley Park. They were gone when officers arrived.
8:28 PM – A report was taken to document threats made in the 1800 block of Marlesta Court.
9:58 PM – A traffic stop was made on Pinon Avenue near Roble Avenue. The driver was cited for driving without a license.
11:11 PM – A suspicious vehicle was reported on Moraga Drive near Alhambra Way. It was checked and no problems were found.
Tuesday, July 17
12:00 AM – A traffic stop was made on San Pablo Avenue near Walter Avenue. The driver was cited for driving with a suspended license.
11:10 AM – Advice was given about a civil matter in the 800 block of Tennent Avenue.
12:17 PM – A vehicle window was broken in the 800 block of Marlesta Road.
2:17 PM – A vehicle was burglarized in the 1400 block of Fitzgerald Drive.
2:52 PM – A vehicle accident was reported on Appian Way near Fitzgerald Drive. The involved parties were gone when officers arrived.
7:01 PM – A garage door was vandalized in the 700 block of Marlesta Court. The suspects fled before officers arrived.
7:40 PM – Subjects attempted to pay a bill at In and Out with a counterfeit bill. A case was taken to document the incident.
9:53 PM – An occupied suspicious vehicle was reported in the 1000 block of E. Meadow
Avenue. The car was gone when officers arrived.
9:59 PM – Vandalism was reported in the 500 block of Marlesta Road.
Wednesday, July 18
12:57 AM – A patron at Motel 6 reported having been the victim of an armed robbery. The suspect was not located during a check of the area and a report was taken to document the incident.
7:27 AM – A subject sleeping in a vehicle was reported in the 2900 block of Simas Avenue. The car was gone when officers arrived.
11:37 AM – A domestic disturbance occurred in the 2600 block of Emma Drive.
1:26 PM – A reckless driver was reported on Henry Avenue near Pinole Valley Road. The vehicle was gone when officers arrived.
3:08 PM – A residential burglary was reported in the 500 block of Dursey Drive.
3:27 PM – A domestic disturbance occurred in the 1500 block of Fitzgerald Drive. One subject was arrested for assault, possession of stolen property, and obstructing of justice and was transported to the Martinez Detention Facility.
3:29 PM – A stolen vehicle was located on Henry Avenue near Blue Oak Court.
4:21 PM – Identity theft was reported in the 1200 block of McDonald Drive.
4:32 PM – Items were reported stolen from an unlocked vehicle at Target.
5:55 PM – A theft occurred at BevMo. The suspect fled before officers arrived.
6:42 PM – A theft was reported at OSH.
7:03 PM – An auto burglary was reported in the 1100 block of Marionola Way.
7:34 PM – A residential burglary was reported in the 500 block of Dursey Drive.
7:41 PM – A restraining order violation was reported in the 1200 block of McDonald Drive.
8:41 PM – A family disturbance occurred in the 1700 block of Sarah Drive.
9:02 PM – A domestic disturbance occurred in the 1400 block of Tara Hills Drive.
9:50 PM – A traffic stop was made near Valero. The driver was cited for driving with a suspended license.
Thursday, July 19
12:14 AM – An argument occurred in the 1900 block of Henry Avenue.
11:02 AM – A report was taken to document violation of a restraining order in the 1600 block of Sandra Court.
11:22 AM – Arguing subjects were reported in the 600 block of San Pablo Avenue. They were gone when officers arrived.
1:45 PM – A domestic disturbance occurred in the 2600 block of Emma Drive.
1:57 PM – A reckless driver was reported on Henry Avenue near Alice Way. The car was gone when officers arrived.
2:20 PM – A fight occurred in the 2600 block of Emma Drive. Two subjects were arrested for assault. Another was arrested for vandalism. All were transported to the Martinez Detention Facility.
4:03 PM – A subject reportedly urinated in public in the 2300 block of San Pablo Avenue. He was admonished.
7:00 PM – A residential burglary was reported in the 2700 block of Goularte Drive.
7:41 PM – A vehicle occupied by subjects smoking marijuana was reported in the 2700 block of Pinole Valley Road. The car was gone when officers arrived.
8:50 PM – A civil standby was provided in the 2300 block of Granada Court.
10:51 PM – A loud motorcycle was reported on Alice Way near Francis Drive. The area was quiet when officers arrived.
10:55 PM – A couple was reported to be engaged in sexual activity behind Pinole Valley Lanes. They were gone when officers arrived.
11:04 PM – Skateboarders were reported behind Collins School. They were gone when officers arrived.
Friday, July 20
1:35 AM – A traffic stop was reported on Appian Way near Allview Avenue. The driver was cited for driving with a suspended license and the vehicle was impounded.
9:43 AM – A possibly drunk driver was reported on San Pablo Avenue near Tennent Avenue. The vehicle was gone when officers arrived.
12:13 – A sleeping subject in a vehicle was reported in the 1100 block of Marionola Way. They were admonished and left.
1:34 PM – A traffic stop was made in the 1600 block of San Pablo Avenue. The driver was cited for driving without a license.
4:29 PM – A residential burglary was reported in the 500 block of Sunnyview Drive.
5:09 PM – Fraudulent activity was reported at Chase. The suspects were contacted a short distance away and taken into custody for possession of stolen property One subject was also arrested for burglary and passing a fraudulent check. The other subject had an additional charge of conspiracy. Both were transported to the Martinez Detention Facility and their vehicle was
towed.
5:50 PM – A fight was reported at Pinole Valley Lanes. The involved parties were admonished.
7:22 PM – A vehicle was burglarized in the 1300 block of Fitzgerald Drive.
7:49 PM – A reckless driver was reported near Pinole Valley Park. They were gone when officers arrived.
8:32 PM – A subject was reported to be swearing at customers and spraying himself with cologne at Safeway. He was admonished and left.
10:115 PM – A loud party was reported in the 1500 block of Foothill Avenue. The area was quiet when officers arrived.
10:26 PM – A suspicious vehicle was reported in the 500 block of Sunnyview Drive. The area was checked and no problems were found.
10:46 PM – A suspicious occupied vehicle was reported in the 300 block of Calais Drive. It was checked and no problems were found.
10:48 PM – Gunshots were reported in the 400 block of O’Connor Drive. The area was checked and no problems were found.
11:04 PM – Fireworks were reported on Woy Circle near Sunnyview Drive. The responsible subjects were admonished.
