Saturday, September 1
12:22 AM – A fight occurred near Antlers.
12:40 AM – A domestic disturbance occurred in the 700 block of Alvarez Avenue.
2:30 AM – A stolen vehicle was located in the 1500 block of Fitzgerald Drive.
12:51 PM – Officers contacted the victim of a domestic assault on Sunnyview Drive near Woy Circle. The suspect was arrested in the 100 block of Woy Circle for assault and was transported to the Martinez Detention Facility.
2:24 PM – A subject causing a disturbance was reported near Bank of America. She was gone when officers arrived.
5:11 PM – A subject causing a disturbance was reported in the 1600 block of Michael Drive. He was admonished.
8:08 PM – A subject was cited for theft at K-Mart.
10:45 PM – A traffics top was made on Simas Avenue near Pinole Valley Road. The driver was arrested for driving with a suspended license and the vehicle was impounded.
11:41 PM – Noisy subjects were reported in the 2300 block of Paloma Court. They were admonished.
Sunday, September 2
12:44 AM – A traffic stop was made in the 2400 block of Appian Way. The driver was arrested for falsely personating another, driving with a suspended license, and possession of a controlled substance. They were transported to the Martinez Detention Facility and the vehicle was towed.
2:51 AM – A traffic stop was made in the 3100 block of Pinole Valley Road. The driver was cited for driving while intoxicated.
4:32 AM – Officers responded to a report of an unwanted subject in the 1100 block of McDonald Drive. The subject was admonished and left. He later returned and caused a disturbance. He was arrested for public intoxication and was transported to the Martinez Detention Facility.
11:00 AM – A domestic disturbance in a vehicle was reported on Appian Way near Fitzgerald Drive. The car was gone when officers arrived and could not be located during a check of the area.
11:28 AM – A subject was cited for theft at Target.
2:00 PM – A license plate was stolen from a vehicle in the 2500 block of Rebecca Drive.
3:47 PM – A possible attempted theft occurred at Sugar City. The involved subjects were admonished.
6:53 PM – A theft occurred at Target. One subject was arrested for burglary, possession of a controlled substance, and possession of burglary tools. They were transported to the Martinez Detention Facility.
7:22 PM – A vehicle was stolen from San Pablo Avenue near Appian Way.
8:22 PM – A stolen vehicle was located in the 2500 block of Rebecca Drive.
9:16 PM – An assault was reported at Motel 6. The suspect was no longer on scene when officers were notified and a report was taken to document the incident.
9:46 PM – A report was received of an alarm sounding in the 300 block of Buena Vista Drive. Officers determined that an attempted residential burglary had occurred and a report was taken to document the incident.
11:06 PM – A loud party was reported in the 1300 block of Marlesta Road. The responsible subjects were admonished.
Monday, September 3
2:39 AM – A domestic disturbance occurred in the 100 block of Woy Circle.
12:11 PM – A report was received of a subject having brandished a handgun at another subject subsequent to a child custody exchange. One subject was taken into custody a short distance away for brandishing, possession of a concealed firearm, and possession of a controlled substance. He was transported to the Martinez Detention Facility.
1:49 PM – Advice was given about a neighbor dispute in the 2800 block of Estates Avenue.
5:20 PM – Door to door solicitors were reported in the 700 block of Crestview Drive. They were gone when officers arrived.
6:43 PM – A non-injury vehicle accident occurred on Fitzgerald Drive near Appian Way.
8:03 PM – Vehicles spinning donuts were reported at Pinole Valley Park. They were gone when officers arrived.
8:22 PM – A vehicle was burglarized in the Best Buy parking lot.
8:29 PM – Officers contacted a pedestrian walking in the middle of the street on San Pablo Avenue near Pinon Avenue. They were arrested for public intoxication and transported to the Martinez Detention Facility.
8:49 PM – Subjects attempted to use a counterfeit bill at In and Out. They were gone when officers arrived.
9:10 PM – A subject was arrested for a warrant in the 100 block of Tennent Avenue.
11:36 PM – A theft of chicken occurred at Safeway. The suspect fled before officers arrived.
Tuesday, September 4
1:29 PM – An abandoned vehicle was towed from the 3200 block of Ramona Street.
4:52 AM – A domestic disturbance occurred in the 1800 block of Marlesta Court.
5:29 AM – An occupied suspicious vehicle was reported in the 4000 block of Marcas Street. It was checked and determined to be a car service waiting to pick someone up.
8:47 AM – Assistance was rendered to school staff with a juvenile who would not go to class at Shannon School.
12:51 PM – Advice was given about harassing phone calls received in the 1500 block of Fitzgerald Drive
4:30 PM – A theft was reported in the 2500 block of Simas Avenue.
6:40 PM – A theft from a storage unit was reported in the 600 block of San Pablo Avenue.
7:46 PM – Two vehicles were burglarized in the Outback Steakhouse parking lot.
9:24 PM – Gunshots were reported in the 200 block of Buena Vista Drive. The area was checked and no problems were found.
Wednesday, September 5
1:36 AM – A fight occurred near the Green Lantern.
10:44 AM – A hit and run was reported in the 1300 block of Fitzgerald Drive.
11:35 AM – Property was found on Rogers Way near Nob Hill Avenue.
1:34 PM – An officer heard gunshots while in the area of Tara Hills near Appian Way. A witness advised the shots had possibly been fired from a vehicle that was seen entering westbound Interstate 80 from Appian Way. The vehicle was not located during a check of the area and a report was taken to document the incident.
1:50 PM – A subject was cited for theft at Target.
2:39 PM – A juvenile was cited for burglary at Orchard Supply Hardware and released to a parent.
3:43 PM – Suspicious activity was reported in the 2200 block of Appian Way. The area was checked and no problems were found, and the area was logged for extra patrol.
6:33 PM – An injury accident involving a vehicle and a pedestrian occurred in the 1500 block of Fitzgerald Drive.
8:39 PM – A civil standby and assistance to Richmond Police Department with an arrest were provided in the 1100 block of Nob Hill Avenue.
9:31 PM – A family disturbance involving an assault occurred in the 1200 block of Marionola Way. The suspect fled before officers arrived.
Thursday, September 6
9:06 AM – A disturbance was reported in the 1100 block of Marionola Way. The area was quiet when officers arrived.
10:41 AM – A family disturbance occurred in the 1600 block of Sarah Drive.
10:46 AM – A suspicious person was reported at the bus stop near Ellerhorst School. They were gone when officers arrived.
10:54 AM – A non-injury vehicle accident occurred in the 2100 block of Appian Way.
12:25 AM – A suspicious occupied vehicle was reported in the 300 block of Buena Vista Drive. The occupant was contacted and determined to be on a break from a job a short distance away and no problems were found.
12:38 PM – Identity theft was reported in the 1500 block of Buckeye Court.
5:18 PM – A subject was cited for theft at Target.
7:27 PM – Possible trespassers were reported in the 2600 block of Alice Way. They were determined to be residents and no problems were found.
8:03 PM – Fireworks were reported in the 100 block of Woy Circle. The area was quiet when officers arrived.
9:20 PM – Subjects causing a disturbance were reported on Monte Verde Drive near Pinole Valley Road. They were gone when officers arrived.
Friday, September 7
8:25 AM – An attempted theft was reported at K-Mart.
10:09 AM – A student at Pinole Valley High School was cited for possession of marijuana.
12:26 PM – A subject was cited for theft at Target.
12:29 PM – Illegal dumping was reported in the 500 block of Marlesta Road.
2:35 PM – A bag of a white powdery substance was found in the 1800 block of Marlesta Court. It was later determined to be a controlled substance and a report was taken to document the incident.
3:18 PM – Officers assisted with a disturbance of the peace at K-Mart.
7:02 PM – Officers responded to a report of threats made at K-Mart. A security check was provided.
10:15 PM – A loud party was reported in the 1800 block of Marlesta Court. The responsible subjects were admonished.
11:43 PM- Loud subjects were reported in the 1800 block of Marlesta Court. The subjects were gone when officers arrived.
