Saturday, July 7

12:06 AM – A traffic stop was attempted on Shamrock Drive near Flannery Road. A short pursuit ensued. The driver was taken into custody for reckless evading and was transported to the Martinez Detention Facility.

12:21 AM – A loud party was reported in the 2600 block of Moraga Drive. The responsible residents were admonished.

12:28 AM – Fireworks were reported on Dutra Court. The area was quiet when officers arrived.

12:40 AM – A screaming female was reported in the 1200 block of Bay View Farm Road. The area was quiet when officers arrived.

12:42 AM – Officers responded to a report of subjects smoking marijuana in a vehicle in the 1200 block of McDonald Drive. One subject was arrested for a warrant and was transported to the Martinez Detention Facility.

1:59 AM – Officers contacted a pedestrian in the 2500 block of Appian Way. He was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and violation of parole and was transported to the Martinez Detention Facility.

3:05 PM – A vehicle was reported to be spinning donuts at Ellerhorst School. It was gone when officers arrived.

7:02 PM – A possibly drunk driver was reported on San Pablo Avenue near Appian Way. They were gone when officers arrived.

8:16 PM – A vehicle was stolen from the 1500 block of Fitzgerald Drive.

9:26 PM – A traffic stop was made on Tara Hills Drive near Shawn Drive. The driver was cited for driving with a suspended license.

9:45 PM – A vehicle burglary was reported at Applebee’s.

10:54 PM – A suspicious loiterer was reported in the 2300 block of San Pablo Avenue. He was admonished and left the area.

11:43 PM – Property was found in the 500 block of Sunnyview Drive.

Sunday, July 8

12:17 AM – Fighting subjects were reported at Appian Liquors. They were admonished.

3:31 AM – Officers responded to report of a customer causing a disturbance at Motel 6. One subject was arrested for resisting arrest and battery on a police officer and was transported to the Martinez Detention Facility.

3:54 AM – Officers responded to a report of an assault on San Pablo Avenue near Alvarez Avenue. A report was taken to document assault with a deadly weapon.

7:54 AM – A suspicious person was reported on San Pablo Avenue near Tennent Avenue. They were contacted and left the area.

12:54 PM – A traffic stop was made near Burger King. The driver was cited for driving with a suspended license.

1:57 PM – Subjects attempted to pass counterfeit bills at Target. They fled before officers arrived.

 4:47 PM – A subject was cited for theft at Michael’s.

11:16 PM – A suspicious occupied vehicle was reported in the 300 block of Del Monte Way. The occupant was contacted and no problems were found.

Monday, July 9

10:54 AM – A suspicious occupied vehicle was reported near Best Buy. It was gone when officers arrived.

11:31 AM – A subject drinking beer was reported in the 2400 block of San Pablo Avenue. He was admonished and left the area.

1:05 PM – Suspicious subjects were reported near Big 5. They were gone when officers arrived.

5:10 PM – Indecent exposure was reported at Target. The suspect fled before officers arrived.

9:15 PM – A traffic stop was made on Tennent Avenue near Plum Street. The driver was cited for driving with a suspended license.

9:27 PM – A traffic stop was made on Appian Way near Fitzgerald Drive. The driver was cited for driving without a license. The passenger was arrested for possession of a concealed firearm and for altering the serial number on a firearm and was transported to the Martinez Detention Facility. The vehicle was towed.

9:56 PM – Fireworks were reported on Tennent Court. The area was quiet when officers arrived.

10:38 PM – A traffic stop was made on westbound Interstate 80 near Appian Way. The driver was arrested for driving while intoxicated and was transported to the Martinez Detention Facility. The vehicle was towed.

Tuesday, July 10

4:30 AM – Arguing subjects were reported in the 1500 block of Fitzgerald Drive. They were gone when officers arrived.

8:53 AM – Suspicious subjects were reported in the 200 block of Buena Vista Drive. They were contacted and no problems were found.

9:33 AM – A traffic stop was made in the 2600 block of Simas Avenue. The driver was cited for driving without a license.

12:06 PM – A family disturbance occurred in the 1400 block of Greenfield Circle.

3:43 PM – A vehicle was stolen from the 1500 block of Mann Drive.

7:45 PM – A suspicious person was reported in the 1800 block of Marlesta Court. She was contacted and no problems were found.

7:57 PM – A subject with a warrant was arrested in the 1800 block of Marlesta Court and was transported to the Martinez Detention Facility.

8:30 PM – A theft occurred at Peet’s.

9:09 PM – A hit and run with injuries was reported in the 2900 block of Pinole Valley Road.

9:37 PM – Skateboarders were reported in the Pinole Valley Shopping Center parking lot. They were gone when officers arrived.

Wednesday, July 11

5:06 AM – A vehicle was stolen from the 1100 block of Marionola Way.

9:57 AM – A vehicle was stolen from the 2600 block of Appian Way.

11:07 AM – A theft from an unlocked vehicle occurred in the 1300 block of Fitzgerald Drive. The suspects fled before officers arrived.

1:45 PM – A vehicle accident with injuries occurred on Henry Avenue near Pinole Valley Road.

3:38 PM – A subject was reported to be harassing customers in the 1500 block of Fitzgerald Drive. They were admonished.

4:18 PM – A purse was stolen from a shopping cart I the 1500 block of Fitzgerald Drive.

 6:52 PM – A civil standby was provided at Motel 6.

 8:09 PM – Subjects causing a disturbance were reported at Embers. They were admonished.

10:06 PM – A reckless driver was reported on Pinole Valley Road near Marlin Court. The vehicle was gone when officers arrived.

10:43 PM – Advice was given about a possible court order violation in the 800 block of Tennent Avenue.

Thursday, July 12, 2012

12:19 AM – A report was received of a subject who threatened to vandalize a business in the 2800 block of Pinole Valley Road. The area was checked and no problems were found.

1:22 AM – Fireworks were reported on Marcas Street near Doidge Avenue. The area was quiet when officers arrived.

1:56 AM – An auto burglary was reported near In and Out.

5:39 AM – A suspicious occupied vehicle was reported near Bayfront Park. It was checked and no problems were found.

9:29 AM – A car part was stolen from a vehicle in the 1000 block of Francisca Court.

1:06 PM – A non-injury accident occurred in the 1500 block of San Pablo Avenue.

3:02 PM – A residential burglary was reported in the 2900 block of Estates Avenue.

5:15 PM – A non-injury accident occurred in the 700 block of Tennent Avenue.

5:42 PM – A reckless driver was reported on Henry Avenue near Francis Drive. He was admonished.

9:56 PM – A residential burglary occurred in the 500 block of Sunnyview Drive.

11:20 PM – Residents in the 100 block of Woy Circle were admonished regarding a loud party.

11:20 PM – Gunshots were reported in the 3900 block of Pinole Valley Road. The area was quiet when officers arrived and no problems were found.

Friday, July 13

1:19 AM – A suspicious occupied vehicle was reported near Chase Bank. It was gone when officers arrived.

2:22 AM – Suspicious noises were reported in the 1400 block of Nob Hill Avenue. The area was checked and no problems were found.

9:17 AM – A vehicle accident was reported in the 2800 block of Simas Avenue. The driver was arrested for driving with a suspended license and driving while intoxicated and was transported to the Martinez Detention Facility. The vehicle was towed.

10:56 AM – A vehicle accident occurred in the 2700 block of Pinole Valley Road.

11:58 AM – A residential burglary occurred in the 400 block of Dohrmann Lane. The suspects fled before officers arrived.

3:44 PM – An accident involving a juvenile bicyclist occurred on San Pablo Avenue near Tennent Avenue.

6:53 PM – An accident involving a vehicle and a bicyclist occurred on San Pablo Avenue near John Street.

7:09 PM – A reckless driver was reported in the 1500 block of Fitzgerald Drive. The car was gone when officers arrived.

8:46 PM – A theft occurred at Michael’s. The suspects were gone when officers arrived.

8:55 PM – A door to door solicitor was reported in the 3200 block of Estates Avenue. They were gone when officers arrived.

9:32 PM – A traffic stop was made on eastbound Interstate 80 near Appian Way. The driver was cited for driving with a suspended license.
