Police calls for the week ending June 8.

We post the Pinole police blotter as it's made available. We edit it for length and we try to accurately represent the type of calls that police received. For the comprehensive list of calls for this and previous periods, see the police department's web page.
Due to the vacation schedule, the Pinole Police Department released these calls on a delayed basis.
Saturday, June 2
12:57 AM – Officers responded to a report of an argument at Green Lantern. One subject was cited for public intoxication.
2:05 AM – A traffic stop was made near Safeway. The driver was cited for driving without a license and the vehicle was towed.
3:04 AM – A stolen vehicle was located in the 2600 block of Appian Way.
2:08 PM – A traffic stop was made in the 2500 block of Appian Way. The driver was cited for driving without a license.
2:48 PM – A subject was reported to be riding a go-kart on the street in the 500 block of Tennent Avenue. He was admonished.
3:40 PM – Officers responded to a report of a child out of a car seat and on the floor of a moving vehicle on Appian Way near Fitzgerald Drive. The vehicle was gone when officers arrived.
6:27 PM – A vehicle burglary was reported in the 1400 block of Fitzgerald Drive.
7:51 PM – Subjects were reported to possibly be smoking marijuana in a vehicle near In and Out. They were gone when officers arrived.
10:35 PM – Loud music was reported in the 2700 block of Clark Court. The area was quiet when officers arrived.
Sunday, June 3
1:06 AM – Loud voices and music were reported in the 500 block of Fern Avenue. The responsible subjects were admonished.
2:07 AM – Officers checked a suspicious vehicle near Motel 6. One occupant was arrested for being under the influence of a controlled substance and public intoxication. Another was taken into custody for possession of a controlled substance and for being under the influence of a controlled substance. A third subject was arrested for public intoxication. All three were transported to the Martinez Detention Facility.
2:38 AM – Fighting subjects were reported in the 2300 block of Paloma Court. The area was clear when officers arrived.
4:47 AM – A traffic stop was made on 4th Avenue near San Pablo Avenue. The driver was arrested for a warrant and transported to the Martinez Detention Facility.
11:01 AM – Officers responded to a report of a child left alone in a vehicle in the 1400 block of Fitzgerald Drive. The car was gone when officers arrived.
11:18 AM – A family disturbance occurred in the 800 block of Tennent Avenue. One of the involved parties drove away from the scene and would not yield when an officer asked them to stop. The subject was contacted a short distance away and arrested for reckless evading and driving while intoxicated. She was transported to the Martinez Detention Facility.
12:09 PM – Officers responded to a burglar alarm in the 1500 block of Mann Drive and discovered the front door had been kicked in. A report was taken to document the incident.
6:13 PM – Advice was given about a civil matter involving a custody exchange at McDonald’s.
8:41 PM – Yelling subjects were reported in the 1200 block of Willow Oak Court. The area was quiet when officers arrived.
10:30 PM – Loud music was reported in the 300 block of Danny Court. The responsible subjects were admonished.
Monday, June 4
5:58 AM – A domestic disturbance occurred in the 1800 block of Marlesta Court.
8:41 AM – A road rage incident was reported on Appian Way near Fitzgerald Drive. The involved parties were gone when officers arrived.
8:54 AM – A non-injury accident occurred in the 2100 block of Appian Way.
9:01 AM – A non-injury accident occurred on Appian Way near Interstate 80.
11:02 AM – A vehicle was reported to be spinning donuts on Pinole Valley Road near Monte Verde Drive. It was gone when officers arrived.
4:50 PM – Advice was given about a civil matter involving child custody in the 800 block of Tennent Avenue.
5:04 PM – Officers responded to a report of a fight in the 1600 block of Primrose Lane. One subject was cited for assault and obstruction of justice.
6:41 PM – Subjects causing a disturbance were reported at Outback Steakhouse. They were admonished and left.
7:41 PM – A burglary was reported at Target.
8:29 PM – A traffic stop was made in the 1500 block of Fitzgerald Drive. The driver was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia and for driving with a suspended license. The passenger was arrested for possession of a controlled substance. Both were transported to the Martinez Detention Facility and the vehicle was towed.
Tuesday, June 5
10:21 AM – Assistance was rendered with a civil matter in the 300 block of Wildrose Circle.
10:29 AM – A hit and run occurred near Pinole Valley High School.
11:12 AM – A lost cell phone was reported at Pinole Valley High School.
1:15 PM – Identity theft was reported in the 1700 block of Marlesta Road.
3:21 PM – A theft was reported at Pinole Valley High School.
4:49 PM – Assistance was rendered with a civil matter in the 2100 block of Shea Drive.
5:25 PM – The window of a business in the 1700 block of San Pablo Avenue was broken. The suspect fled before officers arrived.
7:01 PM – A subject riding a scooter with no helmet was reported in the 2100 block of Peach Street. They were admonished.
9:54 PM – Advice was given about possible suspicious activity in the 1800 block of Canyon Drive.
10:59 PM – A suspicious occupied vehicle was reported in the 2400 block of Collins Avenue. It was gone when officers arrived.
Wednesday, June 6
1:02 AM – A family disturbance occurred in the 300 block of Wildrose Circle.
10:26 AM – Advice was given about threats received in the 600 block of Marlesta Road.
11:12 AM – A family disturbance occurred in the 2600 block of Shady Draw. One subject was arrested for assault and was transported to the Martinez Detention Facility.
12:00 PM – Two subjects were cited for theft at Lucky.
1:09 PM – A civil standby was provided in the 300 block of Wildrose Circle.
1:16 PM – A domestic disturbance occurred on Patrick Drive near Nob Hill Avenue. The involved parties were admonished.
2:05 PM – A theft of a wallet was reported at Lucky.
2:10 PM – A speeding vehicle was reported on Henry Avenue near Francis Drive. The driver was admonished.
2:46 PM – A student at Pinole Valley High School was cited for possession of a knife on school grounds.
3:31 PM – A residential burglary occurred in the 1500 block of Mann Drive.
4:12 PM – A resident in the 500 block of Sunnyview Drive reported being the victim of fraud.
4:43 PM – A subject was reported to be riding a scooter without a helmet on Peach Street near Willow Street. They were gone when officers arrived.

12:03 AM – A traffic stop was made on Appian Way near Manor Drive. The driver was arrested for a parole violation and was transported to the Martinez Detention Facility.
3:03 AM – A suspicious occupied vehicle was reported in the 1500 block of Fitzgerald Drive. It was gone when officers arrived.
8:48 AM – Advice was given about a civil matter at Valero.
9:29 AM – A non-injury accident occurred on Henry Avenue near Montecito Lane.
10:16 AM – Vandalism was reported at Pinole Middle School.
10:28 AM – A theft from the office at Shannon School was reported.
1:20 PM – A theft occurred at Chevron. The suspects fled before officers arrived.
3:30 PM – A parent causing a disturbance was reported at Pinole Middle School. They were admonished.
4:42 PM – Subjects shot at a tree at Louis Francis Park. They fled the area before officers arrived and a report was taken to document the incident.
4:47 PM – A disturbance involving an employee and a customer occurred at Days Inn.
7:00 PM – Loud music was reported in the 1200 block of Willow Oak Court. The area was quiet when officers arrived.
Friday, June 8
1:07 AM – A domestic disturbance occurred in the 1400 block of Brett Court.
7:26 AM – A suspicious occupied vehicle was reported in the 600 block of Tennent Avenue. It was checked and no problems were found.
8:06 AM – A domestic assault was reported in the 1800 block of Marlesta Court.
9:49 AM – A fence at the treatment plant was vandalized.
9:58 AM – A domestic disturbance occurred in the 2200 block of Cuadra Court.
11:33 AM – Vehicle tampering was reported in the 1600 block of Sandra Court.
12:28 PM – Advice was given about harassing phone calls in the 500 block of Tennent Avenue.
12:38 PM – A parent causing a disturbance was reported at Pinole Valley High School. They were admonished.
12:43 PM – Fighting juveniles were reported near In and Out. They were admonished.
4:26 PM – A theft was reported at Rainbow. One subject was arrested for burglary and possession of burglary tools and was transported to the Martinez Detention Facility.
8:09 PM – A vehicle with multiple parking citations and expired registration was towed from the 1400 block of Fitzgerald Drive.
9:27 PM – Assistance was rendered with a family disturbance in the 1400 block of Greenfield Circle.
10:27 PM – A vehicle accident occurred in the 1400 block of Fitzgerald Drive.
