Saturday, July 21

12:11 AM – A loud party was reported at the Gables Motel. The responsible subjects were admonished.

2:11 AM – Screaming subjects were reported in the 1500 block of Kildare Way. The area was quiet when officers arrived.

12:51 PM – Vandalism was reported at Louis Francis Park.

12:55 PM – An attempted vehicle theft was reported in the 1200 block of Marionola Way.

2:16 PM – A strong-arm robbery occurred in the 2400 block of San Pablo Avenue. The suspects fled before officers arrived.

2:55 PM – A loud motorcycle was reported on Alice Way near Henry Avenue. The area was quiet when officers arrived.

6:26 PM – A family disturbance occurred in the 800 block of Alvarez Avenue.

7:03 PM – Loiterers were reported in the 600 block of San Pablo Avenue. They were gone when officers arrived.

7:59 PM – A loud party was reported in the 1500 block of Mann Drive. The responsible subjects were admonished.

10:35 PM – A traffic stop was made on Interstate 80 near Appian Way. The driver was cited for driving with a suspended license and the vehicle was impounded.

11:31 PM – A traffic stop near Wendy’s. A subject with a warrant was arrested and transported to the Martinez Detention Facility.

Sunday, July 22

1:52 AM – A traffic stop was made on Appian Way near Allview Avenue. The driver was cited for driving with a suspended license and the vehicle was towed.

3:06 AM – A traffic stop was made near Motel 6. Two subjects were arrested for possession of a control substance for sale and possession of drug paraphernalia and were transported to the Martinez Detention Facility. The vehicle was towed.

11:51 AM – A family disturbance was reported in the 2100 block of Flamingo Court. One subject was arrested for assault and transported to the Martinez Detention Facility.

4:16 PM – A family disturbance occurred in the 1000 block of Alberdan Circle.

9:11 PM – Attempted fraud was reported in the 2600 block of Pinole Valley Road. The suspect was gone when officers arrived.

9:28 PM – A domestic disturbance was reported in the 1400 block of Fitzgerald Drive. One subject was arrested for assault and obstruction of justice and was transported to the Martinez Detention Facility.

Monday, July 23

5:17 AM – An auto burglary was reported in the 2500 block of Fraser Court.

6:30 AM – A suspicious occupied vehicle was reported in the 1300 block of San Pablo Avenue. It was checked and no problems were found.

8:06 AM – A vehicle was burglarized in the 2600 block of Alice Away.

8:46 AM – An auto burglary was reported in the 2600 block of Alice Way.

9:47 AM – A storage unit was burglarized in the 600 block of San Pablo Avenue.

11:39 AM – A report was received of a suspicious vehicle occupied by a subject taking pictures of children in the 3500 block of Pinole Valley Road. The incident had occurred a week prior and extra patrol was requested.

5:27 PM – The theft of a cell phone was reported at Applebee’s.

6:58 PM – A subject was arrested for theft at K-Mart and was transported to the Martinez Detention Facility.

8:28 PM – A theft of groceries from a cart was reported near Food Maxx.

8:48 PM – An intoxicated subject was reported on Tennent Avenue near La Salle Drive. They were gone when officers arrived.

9:01 PM – Officers responded to a fireworks complaint in the 1100 block of Marionola Way. One subject was arrested for warrant and released with a citation.

10:45 PM – A stolen vehicle was located on 4th Avenue near San Pablo Avenue.

11:18 PM – Gunshots were reported on Downer Avenue. The area was checked and no problems were found.

Tuesday, July 24

1:52 AM – Loud subjects were reported at Motel 6. They were admonished.

12:52 PM – Screaming subjects were reported behind Big 5. It was determined to be children playing at a nearby school.

1:42 PM – Skateboarders were reported to be jumping into traffic in the 1700 block of San Pablo Avenue. They were admonished.

2:47 PM – Loud subjects were reported to be playing loud music in a vehicle in the 2100 block of Pear Street.l They were gone when officers arrived.

3:38 PM – An intoxicated subject was reported to be causing a disturbance in the 1500 block of Fitzgerald Drive. They were admonished and left.

4:04 PM – An attempted theft occurred at Goodyear.

5:52 PM – An occupied suspicious vehicle was reported in the 2100 block of Peach Street. It was checked and no problems were found.

7:52 PM – A subject was reported to be driving a go-kart in the street on Sunnyview Drive near Nob Hill Avenue. They were admonished.

9:32 PM – Fireworks were reported in the 3700 block of Carol Street. The area was quiet when officers arrived.

Wednesday, July 25

12:48 AM – A suspicious subject was reported in the 600 block of Marlesta Road. He was contacted and no problems were found.

9:07 AM – Unwanted solicitors were reported in front of CVS. They were admonished.

9:07 AM – Property was found in the 2600 block of Alice Way.

11:13 AM – A fight was reported on Sunnyview Drive near Woy Circle. The involved parties were gone when officers arrived and a report was taken to document the incident.

12:33 PM – A garage door window was broken in the 2600 block of San Pablo Avenue.

3:49 PM – Two juveniles were cited for shoplifting at K-Mart.

4:24 PM – A report was received of someone having brandished a firearm in a vehicle on Appian Way near San Pablo Avenue. The area was checked and no problems were found and he reporting party could not be located.

5:36 PM – A non-injury accident occurred on San Pablo Avenue near Tennent Avenue. One of the drivers was cited for driving without a license and their vehicle was towed.

5:52 PM – A residential burglary was reported in the 1500 block of Nob Hill Avenue.

9:46 PM – A suspicious subject was reported in the 900 block of Smith Avenue. They were gone when officers arrived.

11:13 PM – Suspicious activity was reported near Taco Bell. The involved parties were gone when officers arrived and a report was taken to document the incident.

Thursday, July 23

1:18 AM – A domestic disturbance occurred in the 300 block of Del Monte Way.

8:02 AM – A theft of checks and check fraud were reported in the 2600 block of Appian Way.

9:02 AM – A vehicle was stolen from the 2900 block of Estates Avenue.

12:53 PM – Attempted vandalism of a sign was reported in the 1300 block of Tara Hills Drive. The suspects were gone when officers arrived.

1:14 PM – A subject was cited for trespassing in the 2300 block of Tennent Court.

2:33 PM – A juvenile was cited for theft at K-Mart.

2:52 PM – Skateboarders were reported in a parking lot in the 600 block of Tennent Avenue. They were admonished.

5:58 PM – Illegal dumping was reported in the 2300 block of Monte Vista Drive.

6:44 PM – A customer assaulted and employee at Michael’s. The suspect was gone when officers arrived and a report was taken to document the incident.

8:09 PM – Advice was given about a civil matter in the 800 block of Tennent Avenue.

8:51 PM – A traffic stop was made on Appian Way near Mann Drive. The driver was cited for driving with a suspended license. An occupant of the vehicle was arrested for possession of pepper spray, possession of drug paraphernalia, and violation of probation and was transported to the Martinez Detention Facility. The vehicle was towed.

9:42 PM – Advice was given about a civil matter in the 2700 block of Estates Avenue.

Friday, July 27

6:57 AM – A vehicle was stolen from the 900 block of Marlesta Road.

9:13 AM – A suspicious unoccupied vehicle was reported on Alamo Street near Estates Avenue. It was checked and no problems were found.

11:46 AM – A suspicious person was reported in the 600 block of San Pablo Avenue. They were gone when officers arrived.

12:38 PM – A residential burglary was reported in the 1200 block of Marionola Way.

1:25 PM – Illegal dumping was reported in the 2600 block of Appian Way.

3:10 PM – Advice was given about a possible custody order violation in the 2100 block of Appian Way.

4:41 PM – An attempted fraud was reported at Citibank. The suspect fled before officers arrived.

6:11 PM – A domestic disturbance occurred in the 1600 block of Michael Drive.

7:54 PM – A theft was reported at Staples.

9:44 PM – A domestic disturbance was reported in the 500 block of Sunnyview Drive. The involved parties were gone when officers arrived.
