Pt. Isabel Regional Shoreline will be closed from 5 a.m. to 10 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 27 for slurry-seal repair work on the paved trails.
The material is wet, very sticky, smelly and difficult to remove. The project will take all day.
There will be no entry into the park from either the Isabel Street side or the Rydin Road side. The Marina Bay-to-Point Isabel Trail from the bridge at Meeker Slough to the end of Rydin Road will be closed; there will be no access to North Point Isabel. The trail from the end of Central Avenue to Isabel Street will also be closed.
