Passengers suffered broken bones when the cart went down an embankment, CHP said.

SOLANO COUNTY, CA – Three people in a golf cart, driving by a Pinole man, suffered injuries in a DUI crash on New Year's Eve at a country club near Fairfield, according to the California Highway Patrol.
