Tiny Earthquake Felt In Pinole
The pre-dawn earthquake was centered in Contra Costa County.

PINOLE AND HERCULES, CA —A 2.6-magnitude earthquake was felt in Pinole at 4:15 a.m. Monday, according to the United States Geological Survey.
The quake's epicenter was reported near Crockett in Contra Costa County and was approximately 9.8 kilometers deep, the USGS said. There have been no reports of damage or injuries.
