Traffic Alert: WB I-80 At Pinole Valley Road Reopens After Crash

PINOLE, CA -- All lanes are open on westbound Interstate Highway 80 just east of Pinole Valley Road in Pinole after a collision earlier this morning, according to California Highway Patrol officials. At about 6:30 a.m., a Sig-alert was canceled and all lanes reopened to traffic, CHP officials said.

The collision was reported at 5:45 a.m. and involved a white sedan and a black motorcycle. The motorcyclist was ejected from the bike, CHP officials said.

The collision had closed two westbound Highway 80 lanes, CHP officials said.
