Here are some nice shots of the vacant lot at the corner of San Pablo and Tennent avenues.

The intersection has been dubbed "Community Corner" and is a symbol of both the economic recession and community spirit to make something out of nothing. As the site waits for a suitor to build a business at the prime Old Town location, and materials to make aesthetic improvements.
