WestCAT Summer Youth Bus Pass Pre-Sale Begins May 15, 2017

WestCAT and Tri Delta Transit Discounted Summer Youth Bus Pass Available Again this Year!

Pinole, CA- WestCAT and Tri-Delta Transit’s discounted Summer Youth Pass collaboration will continue again this summer. The discounted passes will be available for sale by WestCAT and Tri Delta beginning May 15, 2017. The specially priced passes are available to anyone 17 years old and under and will be sold for $50.00 each. They are good for 3 months of unlimited rides (June 1-August 31, 2017). The passes themselves are in the form of a fun and colorful waterproof wristband. Passes can be used on all WestCAT local fixed route and express buses (includes 30Z Martinez Link) and are available for purchase in person at the WestCAT Administration office, located at 601 Walter Ave., Pinole, CA 94564. Sales office days and hours of operation are Monday-Friday from 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM. These passes are not valid for transbay travel on the LYNX or Dial-A-Ride

This is a joint promotion between WestCAT and Tri Delta Transit. WestCAT provides public transportation for Western Contra Costa County and Tri Delta provides public transportation for Eastern Contra Costa County. The wristband is accepted on both transit systems. WestCAT connects with Tri Delta Transit at the Martinez Amtrak Station via the Route 30Z Martinez Link.

WestCAT is very happy to be able to bring this program back this year, encouraging more young people to ride the bus during their summer break, allowing them the freedom and independence to do more things and go more places.
