Woman On Probation Arrested With Burglary Tools: Police
A police officer on patrol spotted a car with four people inside idling in a golf course parking lot.

HERCULES, CA — Hercules Police announced the arrested of a woman who was on probation for possession of a stolen vehicle. They report that 24 year-old Keilaysha Usher was in possession of burglary tools.
The arrest happened last Friday morning. An officer spotted a gold Infiniti idling in the parking lot of the Franklin Canyon Golf Course. Police report, "The Infiniti was occupied by four people and left the parking lot immediately when the officer entered the parking lot. The officer followed and conducted a traffic enforcement for an equipment violation at eastbound Hwy 4 and Cummings Skyway off-ramp."
During the stop, the officer learned that Usher was on probation. A search of the car turned up a window punch, brand new gloves, and a small flashlight in her area of the vehicle.

A check of the golf course parking lot turned up no burglarized vehicles.
All four people in the car were interviewed. They all said that they pulled over quickly for directions.

The other three people were let go. Usher was taken to the Martinez Jail.
