Hercules-Adjacent Refinery Makes Clean Air Act "Watch List"

The ConocoPhillips refinery in Rodeo is one of 464 facilities nationwide to make the Environmental Protection Agency internal Clean Air Act “watch list.”

The list includes but is not made up of chronic offenders of the Clean Air Act.

It list was made public for the first time in an article published by the Center for Public Integrity and National Public Radio.  The two news and information groups got the information through a Freedom of Information Act request. Attached is the "watch list."

ConocoPhillips representatives declines to comment on the story.
