Since the Patch was converted to a venue for news all over everywhere, I have rarely found more than 5% of the content to actually cover local (meaning Pinole-Hercules) interest items. It looks more like the home page for AOL. I am looking for the little stories about our town and what happens here - not all over the Bay Area, California or the U.S.A.  I assure you, what’s going on in  Southern California is NOT local news. You have managed to ruin what was a forum for local discussion and information by hiring so called “passionate and experienced media professionals” to completely morph this concept into the usual format used  to make money.  What a shame.
