We spied this YouTube post of everyday athletes playing soccer. It includes male and female players, both youngsters and adults. The uniforms range from casual to fully-decked out.

The first 40 seconds or so of the slideshow, which is set to a thumping soundtrack, show people just hanging out or getting ready to play. The rest is action on the field.
