Schools in nearby districts like Acalanes, San Ramon Valley, Mt. Diablo, Antioch, and Richmond earned top spots for college readiness, test performance, and graduation rates, offering strong options for Pleasant Hill families.
   

• Dirty 30 up for grabs nearing halfway point (on3.com) — Pleasant Hill's Diablo Valley College football team has surged to No. 3 in the national Dirty 30 junior college rankings and faces a huge road test at No. 8 San Mateo this weekend.
