Armed Duo Robs Pleasant Hill Gas Station

Search is on for the pair who made off with cash, cigarettes and beef jerky from the Oak Park Boulevard business, police said.

PLEASANT HILL, CA – Police are seeking two armed robbers, who allegedly on Monday held up a gas station and convenience store in Pleasant Hill.

Officers were called to the Mobil station, at 1616 Oak Park Blvd., after the cashier reported an armed hold-up between 6:40 p.m. and 7:10 p.m., according to the Pleasant Hill Police Department.

Both male suspects allegedly had handguns in their waistbands and black ski masks partially covering their faces, police said. The duo stole cigarettes, "consumables," beef jerky and cash before fleeing.

The suspects were described as: black adult, 6 feet, 2 inches, wearing a green jacket and black sweatpants; black or Hispanic adult, 6 feet 2 inches, and wearing a white T-shirt, a black, hooded sweatshirt with a white logo on the front and "distressed" jeans. No getaway vehicle was seen, police said.
