What's Your Pet Peeve?
A rhetorical dump of sorts... thus cleaning up serious and worthwhile blogs... this is a legal dumping ground.
This space is your place to tell of your pet peeves. Please no personal attacks. I primed the pump on Nostalgia corner and drilled a dry hole. Let's try this... priming the pump again.
Younger female voices that screech more than talk. I hate their practice of ending every sentence on a ever ascending scale. Sounds more like a question than a statement.
It also bugs me to aways see a line of officials standing behind some noted speaker. It says to me : we are going to kick your butt if you disagree.

One more.. for now... when a person of great importance, such as a Fire or Police Chief speaks in that protective tone and says not anything we don't know... as if he or she has done us all a great favor... Hearing it from him or her is quite different from hearing the same thing from a lesser light.
