Monument Impact invites you to attend the 2nd Annual Monument Awards Breakfast on October 27 to celebrate and recognize, along with other community leaders, the following Community members, whose work has significantly enhanced the quality of life for the hard working people and families from the Monument Community.

  • Michael Chavez Leadership Award to – Assemblymember Susan Bonilla
  • Business Partner Award to – Las Montañas Supermarket, Hector Gomez
  • Community Champion Award to – Central County Regional Group (CCRG)**

With the support of the Mayor of Concord, Timothy S. Grayson and Mayor of Pleasant Hill, Kenneth Carlson, community members are strongly encouraged to be involved in this special event. With your support, Monument Impact can continue to build brighter futures for those in our community and strengthen the foundations of our future.

Monument Impact, a nonprofit organization, has worked with the City of Concord for more than 12 years to provide training, tools and resources to help local residents and others improve their employment opportunities and foster a lifelong love of learning, to encourage a healthy lifestyle through cooking classes and exercise and to become connected to and involved in the local community.
