The suspect, 19, was struggling with security in front of a discount grocery store, police say.

CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CA -- Antioch police say they've arrested a man on suspicion of felony assault and robbery after he got into a scuffle with a security guard at FoodMaxx discount grocery chain store.
The man, Jaleel McCrary, 19, was found struggling with the guard at about 10:40 a.m. on Dec. 14 after officers received a call of two men, one with a gun, fighting in front of the store at 4500 Lone Tree Way, according to police.
During the struggle, the guard fired one shot into the air but the bullet didn't strike anyone, police said.
Police said McCrary attacked the guard, but that both men suffered only minor injuries.
