Downtown Pleasant Hill To Host Free Earth Day Event In April

The free Downtown Pleasant Hill event will feature flowerpot coloring, potting and face painting.

Pleasant Hill residents and visitors are invited to a free Earth Day celebration in Downtown Pleasant Hill on Sunday, April 19. The event is scheduled from 1 to 3 p.m. near Jack's Restaurant & Bar at 105 Crescent Drive in Pleasant Hill.

“Downtown Pleasant Hill is excited to invite the community to its Earth Day celebration, the perfect way to kick off the spring season,” the announcement states. The free event will include flowerpot coloring and potting, along with face painting while supplies last.

Organizers said attendees can take part in flowerpot coloring and potting during the two-hour event window. Face painting will also be offered, according to the announcement, though availability will depend on remaining supplies.
