Man Sought For Alleged Child Endangerment, Deadly-Weapon Assault In East Bay

Concord PD say he is armed and dangerous, and possibly driving a brown truck with camper shell or an older gray or green Mercedes.

Concord police are asking for the public’s help in locating a man wanted in connection with alleged child endangerment, assault with a deadly weapon and criminal threats offenses.

Police were called to the home of Dinael Rivas, 46, on July 20 on a report of a disturbance, Concord police Cpl. Christopher Blakely said today.

Blakely said he couldn’t elaborate on what happened that night because of the nature of the crime. When officers arrived, Rivas had left the home, Blakely said.
