Yes, just a few days behind but I caught the bug, so carry lots of antibacterial wipes. Wipe down all the shopping carts, viruses can stay contagious for two weeks. If you can stay away from coughing and other sick people, take lots of vitamin C, and try not to let the season stress deplete your resistance.

Looks like the inventory is moving, this week we have 17 Active listings:

1 Active Short sale

1 Active new

1 Active new REO or Foreclosure

2 Price changes down from $6,000. & $51,000.

The price changes down indicate that the asking prices are not in sync with the market demand, again it’s most likely the slow down of the winter season. However, as I have indicated previously the winter time is when the serious buyers are out and about.

Only one Short Sale on one Foreclosure, the market is stable and interest rates and prices and first time buyer programs are still making homeownership doable. Those who now have equity may refinance, or move up to the larger home or maybe get a second investment property?

If you would like to know the value of your home, it only takes me a few minutes to get you a comprehensive report and I can email it to you lickety split!
