Meet Brianne Zorn - Candidate for Mayor of Martinez

I will set the tone for a united, forward-thinking City Council willing to make proactive decisions for improving Martinez for all.

Thank you for electing me to represent you on Martinez City Council. While I am the representative for District 3, I have proudly represented everyone in Martinez: longtime Martinez residents and newcomers to the city; young families just starting out, and retired people with deep roots in the community; the neighbors we see at the farmer’s market every weekend and the owners of the locally-owned businesses, restaurants, bars, and breweries we patronize regularly.

Now I ask for your vote to become your next Mayor to lead a new City Council.

I am a mother and stepmother of three kids ages 7, 17, and 20. My family has lived in Martinez since 2015 and I have been proud to call Martinez my home since the day we moved in!
I grew up in the Seattle area and earned a BS in Botany, a BA in Anthropology, and a minor in Japanese from the University of Washington. I have worked in the non-profit sector and environmental consulting for 16 years.

My experience includes botanical garden management, permitting and regulatory support, biological compliance monitoring, evaluation of environmental liability, and wetland delineation and surveys.

I love being a member of the Martinez community!
