Pleasant Hill Adds Addendum To Library Project - Prequalification Of Building Contractors
All General Contractors bidding on the Library Project must be prequalified prior to submitting a bid for the Project.

The City is conducting outreach for prequalification of General Building Contractors for the new Library project at 1700 Oak Park Boulevard. All General Contractors bidding on the Library Project must be prequalified prior to submitting a bid for the Project.

An addendum to the Request for Prequalification was issued on Feb. 12, and the deadline to submit prequalification packages has been extended to 2 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 25 in the City Manager’s Office, 100 Gregory Lane.
The Library project includes new construction of a 24,000 sf steel frame, single-story Type III-B construction; fully sprinklered Type A-3 construction; fully sprinklered Type A-3 construction. Site work and utilities on vacant 4.0 acres to include 140-stall parking lot, hardscape, landscape, outdoor activity space and bioretention areas. The estimate cost of construction is $24 million.
