UPDATE: Pleasant Hill Developmentally Disabled Woman Missing

PLEASANT HILL, CA -- Pleasant Hill Police Department is seeking the public's help in locating a missing "at risk" person.

Tori Scott, born April 26, 1990 is developmentally disabled and was last seen at the Target retail store in Pleasant Hill. She is known to use BART to travel to Pittsburg.

She is 5-feet, 5-inches tall, weighs 183 lbs, and has blonde hair and blue eyes. She was last seen wearing a purple sweater, blue jeans and carrying a green backpack.
