We asked Patch Readers what they thought the biggest safety issues were in their town. Here’s a list of the most pressing problems, from break-ins to traffic jams:

  • "I have seen young students (College Park and DVC) not stop at Ruth and Viking. Also the kids in the afternoon at the same intersection goofing around and running into the streets while cars are going through... Morning traffic in this area between, College Park, Valley View and DVC."
  • "Lack of designated bike lanes along all of Contra Costa Boulevard and Willow Pass Road by Sun Valley Mall."
  • "Drivers who roll through stop signs and red lights without stopping when making a right hand turn"
  • "These sweet gum tree balls that fall on the sidewalk. They are super dangerous."13174138_10209204806100884_6096759712731
