PRICE CHANGE (PCH): We have 2 price changes, one $50,000. drop after 49 days, and the second dropped $29,000 after 57 days. Again a market indicator of a push back for the pricing? One was a town home and the other a condo.
BACK ON MARKET (BOMK): 3 properties are back on market, each one "due to know fault of seller", which indicates buyers backed out, maybe due to lending or inspections issues which gave the buyer cold feet to back out during the loan and inspection contingency period.
