Serial Robber Sought By Police In Concord, Walnut Creek
"Give me all the money, and I won't hurt you," is what he usually said to employees at numerous stores hit.

Police have connected the same suspect to robberies at eight businesses in Concord and Walnut Creek within the past month.
Concord police released surveillance images of the man today and are asking for the public’s assistance in identifying him. He’s suspected of carrying out six robberies within the past week and has done up to three in one day, police said.
He began the spree with an afternoon robbery -- which police said was a typical time for the suspect’s robberies, along with early evening hours -- on Jan. 15 in Walnut Creek.

The suspect targeted Leslie’s Pool Supplies at 2971 Ygnacio Valley Road, an area he returned to on Monday when he robbed Premium Cleaners at 1865 Ygnacio Valley Road. His second robbery was at a Subway at 4701 Clayton Road in Concord on Jan. 19. He returned to that same exact location Monday for another robbery.
Between then, he hit a different Concord Subway on Jan. 29.

He also apparently robbed a NorCal Swim Shop and a Casper’s Hot Dogs, both in Walnut Creek.
Most recently, he was tied to a Baskin-Robbins that was robbed by a man with a knife on Wednesday night at 5100 Clayton Road. (See: Robber With Knife Holds Up Baskin-Robbins On Clayton Road Near Ygnacio Valley.)
The man has wielded a knife or a handgun during some of the incidents, police said.
He usually walks into the store and tells an employee, “Give me all the money and I won’t hurt you,” police said.
Police describe the suspect as a white or Hispanic man in his 20s who stands at 5 feet 6 inches to 5 feet 8 inches tall. Police said the man has a thin build and wears black clothing and black sunglasses.
Police are asking anyone who may have information on the suspect to call Concord police investigators at (925) 671-3030.
Concord police are also advising local business owners to have multiple employees staffed during evening hours, keep doors locked after closing, ensure video surveillance is working and limit the amount of money kept in cash registers.
