SingOut's Teen Theatre presents Bye Bye Birdie

To save his relationship with his longtime fiancée Rose, Albert Peterson, the manager of teen music heartthrob Conrad Birdie, has to cash in on one last publicity stunt before his star client goes off to the U.S. Army. Together, Albert and Rose hatch a plan: randomly select a lucky fan for Conrad to bestow one last farewell kiss. But they never anticipated the chaos created when they select Kim MacAfee from sleepy Sweet Apple, Ohio…chaos for Kim’s boyfriend Hugo, chaos for Kim’s family, chaos for Albert and Rose’s relationship, and chaos for the entire town. Will Sweet Apple ever be the same again?
