Study: Saturated Fat as Bad as Sugar!

With all the Studies on Dietary factors in Health, and their conflicting 'conclusions' .. what do we believe?

It seems we've given up relying on our own intelligence and common sense, and jump on the latest health-trend bandwagon that drives down our street.

It's critical to read the actual studies that these conculsions are based upon. If you can struggle through all the jargon, you'll find that many are so singularly focused, they forget to take other critical factors into consideration.  Factors that can sway the conculsions away from the obvious ones.

For example, if you eliminate sugar from your diet.. what are you substiuting for those foods or calories?  If you no longer eat red meat, what are you eating?
