Wright Canyon Property Hike Saturday July 25th

Saturday, July 25th, 2015; 9:00 – 11:00 a.m. Hike Wright Canyon just off Morgan Territory Road on the east side of the mountain. We acquired the property from our friend and SMD ambassador Dorothy Wright in 2002 with life estate so she could live out the remainder of her life on the ranch. Come see the beautiful property she helped us protect, hike past llamas next door, visit the Gathering Place, where her and other family members’ ashes are scattered. This ~2 mile hike is mostly shaded Oak woodland, approximately 800’ elevation gain with some short steep sections. Grand views of Curry Canyon, the peaks of Mt Diablo.
