To qualify for purchase, households must make up to $185,050 per year in gross income, depending on household size:

The household size must be at least two. Buyers must demonstrate the capacity to pay at least three percent down and have a minimum FICO score of 660, in addition to other requirements. Some applicants may qualify for up to $52,000 in down payment assistance. Qualifying first-time home buyers can also participate in a lottery application.
The deadline for lottery applications is Nov. 4 at 5 p.m.
